It doesn't refresh the photo collection when you change the path of the folder and run the application again.
The photo frame disappears on choosing the "Reload Photo" option.
All the additional profiles, except the first one, disappears on closing the application.

The Final Verdict:

Spooty Desktop Photo is a nice photo slideshow software that plays a slideshow of your photos in customizable frame. Moreover, it gives you the facility to place the photo frame anywhere on the screen, and plays multiple slideshows together. But it needs some improvements and I hope the developer will overcome all the shortcomings it has, by it's final release.

Armagetron Advanced is a free 3D arcade game based on the movie Tron. It can be played on Windows, MAC OSX, and Linux. Stay away from this game because it's very addictive.

I have first seen the Tron Legacy movie and then came to know that this is a sequel of Tron movie released by Disney in 1982. The concept of user and artificial intelligence is very well depicted in the movie. The light cycles game scene in the movie is very fascinating; as I'm a big fan of games, computers, and movies. The concept and the challenge of the game scene created a great interest in my mind. Soon, I found this game in Linux OS and played it a lot. Then I came to know that it's available for MAC and Windows too. Thanks to the game developers, who put in their efforts for bringing out such a beautiful game on all three Operating Systems. The download size is very small (less than 10 MB).

About This Arcade Game:

Tron was an arcade game which consisted of 4 sub games and among them the Light Cycles game was famous. In this game the player uses only right and left buttons on joystick to control the Light Cycle. The Light cycle leaves a wall behind it and turns only at 90 degrees angle. If you make the AI (Artificial Intelligence) crash into your wall or their own wall, while you make sure that you don't crash into their walls or yours you will win. You can also play with your friends on the same computer. So, just jump into this binary world and win over the AI team.

This arcade game has both Multiplayer and Single Player modes.

Single player: Single player is named Local Play. In this you can play with computer alone or with your friends on the same computer. If you want to play with the computers, then just click play game and choose local play and start. In this mode the starting stage has just one AI player and yourself. If you can take the AI team players out and gain points, then more AI players will join the game. The funny and amazing part is, the AI players are named: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. If you want to play with your friends then when you start the game, choose Player Setup. In player setup assign controls to the players and modify the viewports option for split screen. Then go for local play option and the game screen looks like below screenshot.

Multiplayer: In multiplayer there are: Internet Multiplayer and LAN multiplayer. In internet multiplayer you can find several servers, select one of them and start playing. If you have setup the settings for your friends with split screen, then they can also play with you on the same computer. In LAN Multiplayer also you can play with your friends; but with the best players of master server. This was recently updated and the bots have a self-learning algorithm called gLATIS (Learning Artificial Tron Intelligence System). The letter g is it's class name. In a situation where the bot dies, it records how it died and gains experience. Everytime gLATIS reaches a decision point it compares to it’s past and learns from it's mistakes. Next time it makes the decision for the best possible outcome. If it still dies, that’s an experience for it.

Those of you who are using Windows Vista or later versions, might be aware of the Windows unique Aero Desktop Experience.
