Beberapa kalangan menilai bahwa umur domain akan mempengaruhi SEO blog kita, misalkan kita mempunyai old domain maka akan lebih karena dipercaya search engine, sehingga akan mendapatkan SERP yang bagus, benarkah demikian?

Sebelumnya kita pelajari dulu apa itu old domain dan apa itu old web/blog. Old domain adalah domain yang berusia lebih dari satu tahun, sedangkan old web/blog adalah web/blog yang berusia lebih dari satu tahun, yang namanya blog pasti ada hosting beserta isi dan postingnya, berbeda dengan domain saja. Nah setelah kita tahu perbedaan diatas, sekarang kita bisa memahami lebih jauh tentang pengaruh umur domain dan SEO.

Ada hal yang perlu diluruskan disini, umur domain tidak pengaruh dengan SEO, mengapa demikian? satu alasannya karena domain tersebut tidak memiliki isi/ deskripsi, sehingga tidak akan dikenal search engine walo domain tersebut terindeks oleh search engine. Jika kita merubah tema/niche yang lain bisa jadi posisi SERP kita akan malah hancur dan ilang, karena terjadi perubahan deskripsi dan keyword sehingga search engine perlu "kenalan" ulang dengan niche baru tersebut pada akhirnya perlu waktu juga kan untuk membangun SERP yang baik?

Jadi kesimpulannya umur domain tidak akan pengaruh dengan SEO, yang berpengaruh adalah umur suatu web atau blog. So, happy blogging……
