Wall Switch is a free wallpaper changer software which enables the user to change their desktop wallpapers automatically at regular intervals. This smart little application from Codeplex allows you to specify specific folders or RSS feeds from which images are selected to be displayed at regular intervals. Provision is also made to display the images in a sequential order or in random order according to the choice of the user.

This application also comes with an inbuilt collage mode which enables the user to cycle through various wallpapers at a time together as one large collage. In other words, for every cycle, a wallpaper is selected at random and positioned at a random position on the desktop.

WallSwitch comes with a blunt but user friendly light gray interface. It has got 4 tabs namely Images, Display, Frequency and History, which allows the user to navigate through its various features.

Xournal is a free note taking and journaling application which is perfect for everyone who wants to keep notes in a new and interesting way. Combination of several different editing tools which Xournal has makes it easier for all those who want to keep a journal in their own way, you can even do it graphically, if you choose to do so.

Default interface of Xournal might not look very aesthetic, but it does have it’s charms. Distraction Shield is an interesting tool to block Facebook and other social networking sites; since it can help in increasing the productivity of the people at your workplace. The name itself is sufficient to describe what it does. However, the IRC or the Internet Relay chat networks won't be blocked. This is because a number of applications such as file sharing, group discussions become possible with such networks. Hence the productivity is increased. Hence Distraction Shield is worth trying if you wish to do it in a small organization rather than paying huge amounts for other software which offer the same services.

Another possibility is browsing recipes of your choice online and copying their contents and pasting them in the respective fields in the sections provided. After you are done you just need to click on OK and it would start appearing in the list.

Talking about the other features you can modify a recipe, print them, and add/delete ingredients to existing recipes from the options appearing at the top. One of the best features of the program is the option of Resizing the quantities. Once you click on the tab at the top with the option for resizing you would be presented with a new window where you need to insert the number of people you wish to prepare the dishes for. Once you do so all the dishes you browse would be modified in terms of ingredients and procedures with respect to the number of people you chose.
