Lady Gaga almost flashed her little monster last night — by stepping out in a dress with one very risque slit! The superstar showed off more than a little leg at the International Emmy Awards, where she presented the honorary International Emmy Founders Award to “American Idol” and “So You Think You Can Dance” executive producer Nigel Lythgoe.
