Automatic and Batch PDF To HTML Converter Posted: 12 May 2012 11:00 AM PDT There’s no mystery about what PDF to HTML does, a PDF converter that creates HTML files from the PDF file format. PDF to HTML converter comes with three different work modes, which should be more than enough to satisfy pretty much everyone, from your average home users to professionals which might need something a little bit extra, because PDF to HTML made by EMagMaker.com software development company has a lot more to offer than just file conversion. Interface of the program is pretty straightforward, there are three ways that you can convert PDF files, these are the three different work modes that I was mentioning in the introduction, batch file conversion, hot directory conversion and command line conversion. Batch PDF to HTML conversion with PDF To HTMLFirst mode that we’re gonna be talking about is the batch file conversion. Name of this conversion method is pretty much self-explanatory just like the program name is. Here you can covert a lot of PDF files into HTML at once. To start batch conversion make sure that the checkbox next to Batch convert is marked and click next, this will take you to the following window:
PDF to HTML conversion in Hot directories modeWith Hot directories you can automate PDF to HTML conversion, by marking a directory which will be monitored by the program and every time you or someone else saves a PDF file to that directory, which is being monitored, the program will automatically convert it to HTML. Conversion works like a charm, just select the Input folder, this is the folder that will be monitored for new PDF files, Output folder, this is where HTML files that are converted will be saved. You also have to select a Log file path which will keep track of all the conversions that were made during the time you were away, or occupied with other things. While the program is monitoring folders for PDF files to convert it can be minimized to tray so that it doesn’t get in the way. PDF To HTML conversion with the command lineThis might not be the most popular way of file conversion, especially with all the previously mentioned modes that are available to us, but there might be some users who find that they are more effective with the command line and this is the thing for them. By clicking on the link in the Command line mode you’ll get instructions which you can use in order to convert PDF files into HTML. HTML file formating of the converted HTML fileEach file that is converted gets its own folder where you get two different types of text formatting of the HTML file. One where the entire document is without pages outlined and another where you have hyperlinks for each page, similar to this: This is a great PDF To HTML converter and you get a lot of features with it, if for whatever reason you need your PDF file converted to HTML, this is the tool for you. Free Video Player To Play And Convert Media Files: Toolwiz Player Posted: 12 May 2012 08:00 AM PDT Toolwiz Player is a simple yet extremely useful free video player and audio player to play and convert multiple video and audio formats. This free video player supports almost all major audio and video formats. Are you tired of using video players that fail to play that favorite movie of yours because of its format? Are you tired of downloading additional codec packs with outdated software? Then Toolwiz Player is just the solution that you were looking out for. The best part is you can download this smart and quaint video or audio player for free. Features Of This Video Player:
Interface Of This Free Video Player:The interface of this free video player is very simple and pretty much basic. In fact it is so very basic that it has a single window. It lacks the large variety of innovative skins possessed by other players. You would not find a single menu anywhere. This free video player possesses only one tool bar consisting of merely five buttons. The open files button, the pause button, the stop button, the mute button and the camera button. The toolbar might confuse you and you will not be able to find any help or tips. The camera button helps you to take screenshots of the movie and save it. The presence of this button on the toolbar is appreciated as screenshot option is not very easily accessible in most other media players. The lack of a stop button results in more confusion as you have to reopen the file in order to play it. Also, check out Max Tray Player reviewed by us. Pros: The ability of the free video player to play almost all available video formats due to its in built codec packs is its biggest advantage. The software runs pretty fast and is compact in nature. Cons: The interface should have been a little more user friendly, developed and sophisticated like the other available media players. Downloading and Installation Of This Free Video Player:One can easily download this free video player from the official website of Toolwiz. You could also download it from scores of other sites or portals available on the net. Though the setup file is of 5.67 MB you will be surprised to see that the installation is very easy and does not take a long time. You would also like to check out some best free media players. Final Verdict:Toolwiz Player is very efficient, absolutely free and really compact media player compared to other media players. Though the interface is kind of under-developed it is perfect for people who love watching videos. No related posts. Code UML Diagrams with KangaModeling Posted: 12 May 2012 06:30 AM PDT KangaModeling is an application that you can use in order to create UML type diagrams. UML stands form Unified Modeling Language and it consists of graphical notations which are connected in diagrams in order to represent work flow, projects, models and more. KangaModeling allows you to create such diagrams, but it has an interesting way of doing it. How does KangaModeling UML diagram creator work? The image above is what you will see when you fire up KangaModeling. Program interface is divided up into three columns. On the far left side you should see buttons which can be used in order to set some basic diagrams to the far right large blank area is located which is where your diagram is shown while it’s being created. What’s more interesting about Kanga modeling are the two windows in the middle, which is where you write code for your diagrams. Coding UML diagrams with KangaModelingIn KangaModeling you are not creating diagrams with the help of graphical tools, where you just click and drag items in order to create a project. Program has a different approach to diagrams, it uses code in order to describe how the diagrams will look like. Technically speaking what KangaModeling uses is not code, but it’s a markup language similar to HTML. This would be code of a basic diagram made with KangaModeling:
KangaModeling code above looks like this: When creating diagrams in KangaModeling, you write your code in the upper middle window, window that’s below this one is used for code troubleshooting, this is where syntax errors will appear and you can use it on order to help find errors in code if you have large and complex diagrams. Create UML diagrams faster with the help of presetsAlthough what you get on the left side under buttons named Call, Return, Activate, Deactivate, Big Sample and Nested aren’t technically presets, you can use them in order to understand better how to create diagrams with KangaModeling. By clicking on these buttons, the Code area will be filled with a diagram example. They go from easier to follow to more complicated, and if you are having problems with understanding how exactly KangaModeling diagram creator works, you can visit the documentation page of KangaModeling in order to learn more on what it exactly has to offer. How to save diagrams created in Kanga and what formats are supported? You can save diagrams that you create in KangaModeling as images. The example that I gave above is a .png format image but you can also use .jpeg extension, just make sure that you write down the extension after file name while saving your diagram. Export the file that you’re working on by clicking on the diskette icon. Program is very interesting, and despite the word “code” being used here, it’s not very difficult to understand how to create diagrams with KangaModeling. Program is lightweight, it doesn’t require installation and it’s free, it doesn’t cost you anything to give it a spin, maybe you’ll like it. Related posts:
